OVERVIEW
Manage key accounts, including day-to-day program activity and providing strategic counsel to assist clients in meeting their objectives. Ensure the implementation of strategic direction and maintain oversight on all account assignments. Manage direction of activities for accounts, including client needs, staffing, strategy, and quality of work. Develop and manage client budgets. Write proposals, strategy documents and client correspondence, including status and progress reports. Maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the account team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with a team, develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy. Manage the day-to-day of multiple projects from concept through completion. Participate in the conception and design of projects as needed agency wide. Seek the support and coordination of outside resources (proofreaders, writers, etc.) as needed. Manage and coordinate print and production of finished work as required – ensure projects get delivered on time. Manage the day-to-day project and client relationship. Participate in weekly team meetings. Follow up with teams to ensure project needs are being met.

REQUIREMENTS
A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing programs in the pharmaceutical advertising agency space. The ability to understand and assess a client’s business and communication needs, and meet them. A willingness to collaborate with people on the execution of projects. Proven program and project management skills. The leadership qualities and capacity to effectively collaborate with and manage teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of work experience in marketing, branding/internal communications.
