Elevate's Customer, a Global Am Law 100 Firm, is looking for an Attorney - Benefits and Executive Compensation to work full-time for 3-4 months remotely to cover for a parental leave.

Have experience with benefits and executive compensation at an Am Law 200 firm.
Have expertise in Employee Benefits and the Department of Labor's fiduciary rules, ERISA and benefits in an M&A context.
Have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Have the ability to produce high quality, error-free work.
Pay attention to detail to ensure all requirements met.
Are proactive and creative self-starter who can support a broad range of information gathering and synthesis.
Specifically, you will:
Advise and support the wider firm on employee benefits and executive compensation issues involved in M&A transactions.
Advise on the Department of Labor's fiduciary rule, ERISA fiduciary matters, and benefits advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions, as well as analyzing ERISA implications of fund structure and certain operations.
7-10 years of experience in the Department of Labor's fiduciary rule, ERISA fiduciary matters, and benefits advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions, as well as analyzing ERISA implications of fund structure and certain operations.
Experience in Am Law 200 firm strongly preferred.
Active license in any state.
