Luxury Property Lead Concierge

Lead Concierge job duties include:

  • Lead concierge staff to success by providing on-going support, training, advice and leadership on a daily basis
  • Able to work independently to ensure all tasks are appropriately managed
  • Communicate bi-weekly with DOO during set “one on one” time (via phone or in person)
  • Attend, and/or participate in property weekly meetings and represent Connected Concierge
  • Assist DOO with scheduling, call outs, request offs, and additional personnel needs
  • Assist DOO with payroll process, time cards, and communicating discrepancies pertaining to company time & attendance protocols
  • Work as a liaison between vendors/businesses in the area that will provide greater services to residents
  • Assist DOO with property resident social events as needed
  • Assist DOO with the process of interviewing, hiring, training and development; recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members
  • Work onsite 40 hours per week as well as be available to assist and instruct team members as needed
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regular schedule with flexibility as needed
  • Ongoing communication with DOO reporting weekly and on as needed basis
  • Implement and train new concierge practices and policies as needed
  • Additional Duties as assigned by Essex or CC management

Lead Concierge Responsibilities include:

  • Greet all persons entering the building with a friendly service attitude and tone
  • Engaging, professional and welcoming personality
  • Communicate directly with residents and management in person, on email and by telephone in a friendly manner, with a tone of service.
  • Learn the names of residents, managers and colleagues and always greet by name.
  • Be creative and informative when serving residents with their needs
  • Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules
  • Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments, and reservations as well as sell and account for tickets
  • Assist with planning and developing property social events
  • Organize, log, and track communication with vendors, and local businesses
  • Track all resident requests with proper attention and follow up; recording all details in the resident request log
  • Constantly organize workload and adapt to changes with management company and identify ways in which we can improve in overall service
  • Strategize ways in which Connected Concierge can streamline service requests based upon property style and meet the needs of the entire community
  • Keep abreast of all property happenings and communicate with management and residents accordingly
  • Assist Residents with maintenance requests by showing them how to complete forms and where to submit them
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the property (where everything is located and how to direct residents)
  • Cleanliness of facility, lobby, desk, shelves, and organization of all literature and files
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Salary: $17.00 /hour
