As an Account Manager, your major role is to oversee a geographically-defined book of business—you will maintain current customer satisfaction, while adding new clients. There is a major focus on developing relationships and leveraging our industry expertise to acquire new customers.
Our unique business model enables us to sell multiple facility services to a single customer. We have a robust custom software application that streamlines communication and puts the information you need to succeed We are part of a national company providing facility services (Janitorial, Landscaping, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance) to any facility, with a proven "system" for success. Top performers can earn over $100k in the 3rd year. Commission/bonuses are paid on a reoccurring basis for as long as the customer is active! You can build a territory with an ongoing annuity. We need someone who is an excellent communicator, very good computer skills, and self-starter. We currently have a base of business that we expect to double in the next 12 months. We will provide training, support and the environment for you to be successful.
Experience in the Building Services industry is a big plus. A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience a must. Base is negotiable + auto allowance + retention commission + new sales commission!. Second year potential should be total compensation of $70,000 to $85,000.
