8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team in a similar function in an interactive or integrated production environment.
Experience in managing digital programs, the design and creative development of a digital, e-commerce retail platform.
Experience negotiating agency agreements and delivering creative content.
Experience with managing both agency and vendor relationships, including the creation of contracts and SOW's.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Track record in supporting, understanding, and enhancing the creative process. Ability to balance creativity, analytics and marketing.
Demonstrated design sensibility and understanding of design systems, UX and branding. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, and understanding of how creative teams work and how to make them impactful.
Ability to establish credibility, influence and drive results throughout a matrixed organization.
Ability to organize information quickly, summarize succinctly, and accommodate change and ambiguity within deadlines.

As a Lead Interactive Producer, you'll provide strategic and executional leadership across our consumer marketing as an integral member of the Google Store Production team. You will help lead, develop and execute project plans, ensuring objectives are well defined and appropriately executed to achieve desired results. Your key responsibilities include overseeing and executing development of digital marketing content initiatives from inception to completion, while driving executional excellence and brand integrity.

Understand digital marketing plans, translate them into briefs to guide creative and digital development teams. Ensure an understanding across stakeholders to ensure excellent execution.
Identify team needs around process, tools, documentation, and implement changes to increase efficiency. Provide daily communications to cross-functional teams and management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
Lead internal/agency resources to deliver digital marketing creatives. Define, evaluate, improve processes, and educate stakeholders on processes/guidelines.
Lead status reviews of production deliverables, resolve issues/delays and lead team for timely delivery of work. Research and implement new tools/processes to support technical and non-technical teams, while communicating status and risks.
