We are looking for a motivated Wireless Retail Sales Representative who is capable of providing an extraordinary customer experience and maximizing every selling opportunity at our store in McHenry and Woodstock, IL.
Wireless Retail Sales Representatives (commonly referred to as Sales Associates) are responsible for handling every aspects of selling both AT&T wireless and at-home solutions while having the opportunity to positively impact the relationship between AT&T and the customer. On top of working at the leading edge in the lucrative technology field, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly, employee-first environment for the most longstanding AT&T Authorized Retailer in the country!
AT&T / Mobile Tel Sales Associates will receive the following benefits:
- With hourly, sales commission and bonus, our Sales Associates earn approximately $42,000 - $55,000 per year
- Medical (30 hour/week minimum)

AT&T / Mobile Tel Sales Associates are expected to:
- Hit sales quota
- Courteously assist customers with service/product inquiries
- Operate a function-heavy POS, wireless equipment, and a PC
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays (closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
- Identify customer needs, make suggestions, and answer questions
- Answer phone calls promptly, courteously and professionally
- Able to understand customer needs and suggest personalized solution
- Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively and courteously
- Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working as a team
- Recognize potential theft/loss situations assisting to deter theft
- Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
AT&T / Mobile Tel Sales Associate qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide verification of legal employment
- Able to identify the needs of the customer and make compelling offering
- Make customers feel welcome and valued
- Clear verbal and listening skills
- Manage communication to potential AT&T customers
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction of purchase
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and other employees
- Maintain a strong knowledge of both AT&T products as well as our competition’s offerings
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Efficient time management skills
- Commitment to being punctual and ethical
