Seemann Composites is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team.

Engineering Products
In addition to those products for which a Project Engineer is responsible, the Technical Program Manager assumes full responsibility for all engineering and program management products:
Contract deliverables
Manufacturing support documentation
Engineering design and analysis
Program management documentation
Quality Engineering Documentation

Career Description
The Technical Program Manager must have consistently demonstrated a high-level of project execution on multiple, simultaneous large-scale programs and be prepared to represent the company in demonstrated program excellence to the customer and the community.
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for proposal development, program plan assembly and execution, and leadership of project teams to delivery of high-quality products on schedule and within budget constraints.
The Technical Program Manager is the dedicated Seemann Composites representative for high value contracts and is capable of working internally with executive management, engineering, program management, operations and support functions while maintaining the customer relationship responding to technical and program questions.
Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution
Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations.

Required Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Composites, Mechanical, Civil, Structural or Aerospace Engineering, or related engineering degree, or Naval Architecture, is required. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 2 years operating as a project engineer.
Demonstrated performance to budget and schedule constraints.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e.'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
