Function: The Employment Consultant is responsible for providing job development training, on-site training, integration support, follow-along and advocacy services for individuals as well as assist in developing employment opportunities.
High school diploma or GED
Two years full time experience in this industry, workshops or related business.
Must have ability to lift (25) pounds, occasionally
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information
All positions require the ability to pass background checks, which includes BMV, County criminal history, Indiana limited State criminal history, CPS registry, National criminal history, pre-employment drug screening, CSOM screening and clearance from the State Nurse Aid Registry and the EPLS & OIG Medicaid Fraud registry.
