Position Summary:
The Nuclear Medic i ne Technolo g i s t performs in - v i vo stu d i es and therapeut i c an d d i agnos t i c imaging procedures according to written or transcr i bed verba l orders of a phys i c i an w i t h i n t he scope of his/her certification accord i ng to established standards and practices unde r the direction of Imag i ng Ser v i ces Super v i sor , Manager and Radio l ogy Med i ca l Director. Demonstra t es competency for neonate , infant , toddler , p re-school , school age , adolescent , early adult , m i ddle adu l t and l ate adulthood patients . P r i mary responsibility resides i n the da il y and comp r ehens i ve opera ti ons of a single-technologist department. Performs all other duties assigned/approved by Nuclear Medicine.



Minimum Qualificaitons :
Current Californ i a State N uclear Medic i ne Technology Certificat i on .
Current BLS through American Heart Association.
Amer i can Reg i str y of Rad i ological Technologist (ARRT-NM) is preferred .
M i n i mum o f four years e x per i ence as a certified nuclear medicine technologist.
