The Licensing Product Development Coordinator is part of the licensing team who works with our global licensees to develop new and exciting Skechers products.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Manage review process of over 5000+ weekly creative submissions (and growing).

Oversee the monitoring of licensees, to ensure businesses follow established contract.

Maintain new product development and creative design vision for all licensed product within multiple Skechers Divisions including but not limited to apparel (fashion and medical scrubs), kids, headwear, bags, legwear, watches, eyewear, auto accessories etc...

Able to communicate with Licensees on a daily basis for tracking purposes.

Maintain and manage filing and storage systems for all product categories.

Liaise with licensees and Skechers internal graphics department as needed to ensure compliance with the licensing guidelines.

Monitor sampling time/action calendars to meet all department/division milestones dates.

Partner with Product Development Director in the review, evaluation, development, and acceptance samples, fabrics, trims and packaging.

Track & Monitor on time delivery of all samples.

Oversee and prepare materials and/or samples for Proto thru Production approvals.

Work with licensees, domestic and international, to ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.

Assist managing trend boards, color palettes etc.

Provide additional support as needed (copying, filing, forms etc.)

Store Visits – visits to local stores to monitor licensee product presentation and adherence on a regular basis. Check on competitive brand presentations and provide a review.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Must be MAC , MS office suite as well Adobe AI & PSD proficient.

Knowledge of product development calendar, timelines and deliverables.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Illustrator, Excel, and Word.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-
The pay range for this position is $68,000-$72,000.
