Position Title: Real Estate Assistant
Do you have experience in the real estate industry? Do you have strong administrative and organizational skills? Have you demonstrated amazing customer service to external and internal clients? This may be a great administrative position for you!
Schedule, coordinate and track direct mailing to past clients and prospects
Ensure schedule and log advertising production
Proofread materials, including advertising copy, letters to clients and direct mail promotions, for content and clarity
Update listings and website
Manage appointment schedules for open houses, listing presentations, showings, closing meetings and other appointments.
Maintain proper transaction record keeping and filing
Assist with bookkeeping and payroll duties of staff
Follow up with buyers and sellers after the transaction
Answer phones and take messages
Order stationery and supplies
Support other administrative tasks
At least 6 months of recent administrative support experience.
Real estate background is highly desirable
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to multitask
Speaking Spanish is a plus
Able to provide three(3) professional references
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
