PURPOSE
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring proper packaging, and timely preparation for shipment. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by efficiently processing orders and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and brand-specific packaging requirements
- Verify the accuracy of orders before placing items into shipping boxes
- Select appropriate packaging materials, including boxes, containers, and cushioning, based on brand guidelines
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to complete tasks and achieve goals
- Interact with other departments as needed to ensure smooth order processing
- Respond promptly to RUSH orders and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Maintain a consistent flow of orders to the Shipping Department
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Utilize handheld mobile devices, read, and locate warehouse product/location placards
- Perform other duties as assigned
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency in using handheld mobile devices and scanning equipment
