NON CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL
Supports functions of digital health operations across Prisma Health organization focusing on program implementation, asset management, user education and program optimization. Is responsible for site visits and customer support. Has the responsibility to ensure working technology and demonstrates a technical aptitute for understanding and facilitating use of healthcare IT systems and networks. Fosters seamless collaboration between external and internal stakeholder groups, serving as a liaison and resource support within Prisma Health. Provides support and education to patients, team members, leaders and providers. Demonstrates clinical aptitude for identifying proper and potential use of digital health services. Works independently and shows motivation towards strengthening existing digital health programs and identifying new opportunities.
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Bachelor's Degree - in a clinical area, engineering, business or information systems from an accredited college or university
3 years - Healthcare operations or relevant support services
Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)
In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications listed 3 years experience in health care operations or relevant support services.
Other Required Experience
Certification as Telehealth Coordinator and Technology Professional within one (1) year of hire. - Required
ePCR experience - Preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare - Preferred
Prior and current experience with telehealth or digital health - Preferred
Experience in program management implementing multi-departmental or enterprise solutions - Preferred
