Travel: Up to 25% daily travel, Up to 5% overnight travel

Develops and executes recruiting and staffing strategies and provides consultative guidance to hiring managers on the recruiting process and market conditions. Demonstrate respect, honesty, inclusion, and safety.
Essential Job Duties:
Screen applications and source qualified candidates.
Familiar with operating an ATS
Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process. Screen and route résumés, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to department managers for further interviews, conduct reference checks, present offers, secure acceptances, and send out rejection letters.
Manage the interview process to include scheduling, preparing questions and other materials, and participating as an interviewer.
Manage the requisition process, including creation, posting, maintenance, and hiring decisions.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation along with other trainings as needed.
Manage the offer process, including establishing salary ranges, other incentives available, start date, etc., with Human Resources partners and hiring manager.
Advise Human Resources department to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Work with department managers and Human Resources to define hiring criteria and create associated job descriptions. Determine the position responsibilities, as well as the experience and abilities, the ideal candidate will possess.
Design sourcing strategies. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods (e.g., Internet, newspaper ads, employment agencies, college fairs).
Organize and participate in on-campus recruiting sessions and job fairs.
Responsible for reporting any issues that impact food safety or quality immediately or issues brought to your attention by hourly employees
Follow & enforce company safety, GMP, behavioral rules, & other policies in employee handbook.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Three or more years’ recruiting experience, managing the entire lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, offer process) as well as data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of experienced professionals at all levels.
Strong professional presence; proven ability to effectively deal with senior-level management.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams.
Must be assertive, take initiative, and be a proactive change agent.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to changing work flow and demands.
Proven ability in multitasking various projects.

Solid computer skills including working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Standing, walking, stooping, crouching, kneeling occasionally, use of hands and arms.
Light lifting of up to 20 pounds occasionally.
