Business Unit Overview

Warner Bros. Studio Facilities (WBSF) oversees the physical operations of the historic 110-acre main lot in Burbank including its 30 soundstages and 20-acre backlot, as well as production-related services including costume, set-dressing, construction, set lighting, catering, transportation, photography and much more. The production site also hosts tours for consumers offering guests intimate views at the inner workings of thriving entertainment studios.

What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Studio Facilities, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. is seeking Clerk Floaters for the Mail Services temporary pool. Clerk Floater positions fulfill temporary assignment needs; length of assignments and hours vary.

Accepts deliveries from outside messengers, couriers and vendor delivery services. Responsible for x-raying/inspecting and redelivering packages and items (including flowers, gift baskets, scripts, etc). Inputs delivery information into SendSuite Tracking System, scans packages via palm pilot and synchronizes to computer. Makes deliveries using golf cart, bicycle, or walking. Answers phones, handles general customer inquiries and provides other general aspects of customer service.
Pay rate varies based on each specific job assignment.

What do we require from you?
Must have a valid California driver’s license.
Must have effective communication skills and good follow-through skills.
Position requires physical exertion such as walking/standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting/maneuvering of materials weighing 50+ lbs.
Background must demonstrate good customer service orientation, professional phone manner, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to time manage and work independently.
