CACI is seeking a Lead Software Tester for our Luke Program! You will provide significant contribution to the overall program success, providing direction, coaching, and support across the spectrum of software development manual and automated testing for an IT-focused, enterprise-wide system.
The purpose of the ODNI’s Luke contract, is to provide dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI’s enterprise. Our support in Bethesda includes software engineering/development, O&M, technology investigations, customer advocacy, business process engineering, and system design. What You'll Get to Do:
As the lead tester you will work in coordination with lead developers, architects and release managers, as well as the customer to help shape a new phase of applications into the C2S cloud environment.
You will work closely with multiple teams and the customer to test development activities and ensure work completed meets approved requirements and acceptance criteria during each sprint.
You will also help to test the new suite of applications one sprint at a time, and assist in testing code for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field of study
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly (US Citizenship required)
Experience leading a team of testers that work on both manual and automated test cases
Experience with writing, automating, and running test scripts to ensure that every feature of the software solution functions as designed
Develop reusable automated test scripts and maintain their compatibility with software as the application changes
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Experience working on AWS
Experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with software systems development in the IC community
Possess analytic problem-solving skills
Knowledge of computer software applications, including database technologies and programming languages
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with SonarQube, Selenium, Selenium IDE, Soap UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Python, Java, Jenkins, or Maven
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework 5.1 / DEVOPS a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented skills
