Administrative Assistant responsibilities include handling incoming service phone calls, typing work orders, invoice reconciliations, timekeeping and other assigned clerical duties.
- A minimum of 1 year prior administrative office or related clerical experience
- Experience with SAP and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Construction and/or heavy equipment industry experience is preferred
