Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in general elementary education

Use standards-based instruction to meet the needs of students at their individual levels through the content areas of math and reading.

Assesses student abilities as related to student

Develops and implements a program of instruction that meets the individual needs of students and is consistent state courses of study.

Plans and implements a variety of appropriate instructional/learning strategies and activities which serve the needs and capabilities of the students.

Manages the behavior of learners in the classroom and participates in the management of student

Willing to attend paid training sessions to prepare for the summer program

SALARY: $50/hour
