We have a new job opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER (civil contract), located in McLean, VA.
Job purpose:
To provide professional management support to the William M. Lapenta Internship Program for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Performance Outcomes:

Successfully oversee day to day the duties of multifunctional project teams.
- Lead all administrative/operational aspects of the internship program.
- Ensure that work scope, schedule and budget are well defined and maintained.

Prepare and present timely and clear deliverables such as weekly status and final reports.
Requirements:

Desired Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.

Five years of experience managing, conducting, and leading multifunctional and complex projects.

Superior problem solving, leadership and communication skills.

Result driven and skilled in conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation.

Must be able to pass a government background check.
