The Department of Mathematics
and Computer Science at Bridgewater College invites applications
from outstanding teacher-scholars for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of
Computer Science position starting August 2018.
The successful candidate will join a growing and dynamic
computer science program at a liberal arts college that values quality
teaching, advising and mentoring students, and an active research agenda.
He or she will be expected to teach courses at all levels of an undergraduate
computer science curriculum and develop an accessible research agenda that has
potential for student involvement.
A PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or other
closely related field is preferred, but exceptional ABD or MS candidates with
teaching or industry experience will also be considered
