‘The Hive’, as it’s affectionately known, is a décor and rental house, born out of the desire to create fresh and inspired design. The Hive’s clients represent seasoned planners, imaginative brides and cost-conscious non-profit organizations. With these clients in mind, the Hive provides a twist on style and setting by a team who cares about sincere customer service.

The warehouse crew works hand-in-hand with the Warehouse Supervisor and interacts with all other team members. Responsibilities include day-today duties of running the warehouse as outlined below.

  • Pulling and staging inventory in the warehouse (pulling, cleaning and packing accent inventory, furniture, soft goods, etc.…)
  • Prepping inventory for loading (wrapping with plastic, covering with moving blankets, securing on truck.)
  • Restocking inventory
  • Assist in pick up and returning rental trucks
  • Painting, staining
  • Furniture assembly
  • General cleaning responsibilities
  • Additional appropriate responsibilities as needed
  • Decor design/Floral design experience a plus

Hours will be based on revenue and will vary by week.

May through September usually will require 30-50 hours per week. October through April varies between 20-32 hours per week.

Training schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday. As soon as the applicant can function on his/her own the schedule will be Friday-Tuesday.

Training rate starts at $15/hour.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
