As a key member of our leadership team, we need you working "on the business" not "in the business" at all times. You'll provide strategic leadership and vision to your team and clients, serving as the primary client contact to generate work, create long-term partnerships, and deliver long-term value based on relationship and expertise. As a Director, you'll be accountable for your client's and team's development, ensuring the achievement of growth, operational, profitability, team member engagement/development, and client satisfaction goals are met as defined in your annual business plan.

GROWTH - Develop and execute strategic growth plans. Provide tactical business solutions. Innovate. Foster visibility and accelerate the expansion of CR's business relationships with current and potential target clients.

CLIENTS - Be a trusted partner in your client's business strategy. Ensure superior service and satisfaction. Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships. Listen to understand. Manage expectations and deliver what they thought was never possible.
WHAT YOU NEED
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience successfully managing retail architectural programs with recent operational management duties including ultimate responsibility of financial performance/profitability, employee development, and client relationship management and growth is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of program management experience is required.
Professional Architectural Registration is preferred.
Demonstrated success building, nurturing, and fostering new and existing client relationships and motivating and leading internal teams is required.
Thorough understanding of the legal and financial aspects of professional practice, particularly as they relate to fee, risk management, and contract negotiation is required.
Knowledge of building construction systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards is required.
Experience utilizing project management software to track financial performance, resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting is required.
Exceptional communications skills including written, verbal, and presentation are required.
Ability to interact successfully with clients, other professional disciplines, and team members at a variety of levels is required.
Ability to travel as needed is required.
