Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse
Looking for a full time and/or part time, RN / LPN / CMA nurse for in home care of a disabled individual. This position will utilize all elements of nursing. Primary responsibilities are to assist with the activities of daily living in and outside of the home to ensure maximum quality of life.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment.
- Use supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Transport to / from doctor appointments, dentist, and physical therapy.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
