Positions in this function include basic clerical functions including records maintenance, light typing, filing and report preparation.
Moderate work experience within own function
Some work is completed without established procedures
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks
Onboarding new hires
Setting up equipment
Setting up meetings
Additional duties as assigned
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Word (create and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (enter data), and Microsoft Outlook (manage email and calendar)
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Experience troubleshooting technically related issues such as hardware, software or telephonic - including setting up laptops and desktops and familiarity with docking stations
Experience working with travel and expense reports
Experience working with Management and Senior Leaders
