Responsible for the systematic and physical accuracy of external manufacturing product in the KHC network
Standardize external manufacturing processes across the network to simply and drive consistency and efficiency
Develop annual operating plan (AOP) for 11 EM DCs/Buffers
Manage budget for 11 external manufacturer small DCs/buffers; report monthly actual results and potential levers to drive efficiencies
Ensure accurate finished goods and raw, packaging, and WIP inventory visibility to minimize supply chain losses
Own project integration for external supplier into the KHC network include system integration, project management, and liaison between IT and business
Partner with NA external manufacturing team to support, influence, and effectively implement new business initiatives through external manufacturer
Drive cross-functional project teams, planning & organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Perform cost/benefit analysis for proposed projects and present to key stakeholders
A Successful Candidate Will Also Demonstrate:
Attention to details while working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and simplicity is desired
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
Ability to clearly communicate data insights and technical processes
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably a degree or work experience within Supply Chain or Logistics)
At least 5 years of experience
3+ years conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
3+ years ERP experience, SAP or similar
2+ years data manipulation experience, ideally Tableau and/or SQL
Position requires approximately 20 - 25% domestic travel
3+ years experience in retail or functions in a major consumer goods company
Experience in systems (EDI, system integration)
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude to solve complex problems independently
