```Duties```
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Assist stylists with various tasks as needed
- Monitor and manage salon inventory, including stock replenishment
- Stay updated on current beauty trends and products
```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent sales and upselling abilities
- Proficient in time management to ensure smooth operation of the salon
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology sales, such as booking software or online scheduling platforms, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is Mandatory
