We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join our dynamic team!
Own the corporate website performance to support inbound marketing and all corporate/investor content updates.
Continually improve the design, usability, and site performance be above industry benchmarks.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Accountable for all performance metrics with the digital arena, from SEO impressions/visits all the way in support of MQLs and SQLs.
Measure and report performance of all areas of the website and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and implement changes to continuously improve performance.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Facilitate ongoing development to website improvements, social media, digital advertising and online traffic drivers including SEM.
Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
Provide on-going interface with all departments in the organization to share vision and results for digital marketing.
10+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience in paid search, organic search, affiliate, and site A/B testing. .
Proven track record of managing digital marketing channels and successfully optimizing performance.
3+ years of management experience.
Strong analytics skills including ability to synthesize data and provide insights and strategic actions. Self-motivator with collaborative spirit.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally. Proven strategic thinking, analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and process development capabilities.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and experience manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel to create reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, formatting, and dashboards).
