INPATIENT REHAB PROGRAM MANAGER – Inpatient Rehab Department at Parkview Randallia Hospital
Inpatient Rehab is located on the 4th and 5th floors of Parkview Randallia. It is a 50 bed unit that primarily serves neuro, ortho, trauma, cancer, cardiac, and peds patients who are in a recovery phase following an acute inpatient stay. Patients are typically moderate to higher levels of acuity.
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services, is responsible for the organization, implementation, development and physician alignment necessary to provide world class patient services, establishing and sustaining a patient-centered focus and through that focus, achieving the administrative, clinical and financial goals established by Parkview Health, and in concert with all Parkview Health partners, physicians and other leadership. Is responsible for operational and clinical areas as assigned.
Must have a BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA). MSN from an accredited program preferred.
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. Must have current CPR at or above the Healthcare Provider level from the American Heart Association or be able to obtain during Parkview-provided orientation class.
Must have five years progressive clinical experience in health care field; 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience. 1-2 years of post-acute care nursing experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting 100 pounds. Lifting requirement may be heavier for specified departments. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
