Employee-owned HDR is currently seeking Geotechnical, Structural and Civil engineering talent nationwide for our dam, levee and civil works program.

HDR is ranked #3 in the United States by ENR for Dams and Reservoirs. Our globally coordinated, locally delivered water resource management program is committed to improving the resiliency, sustainability and safety of our communities. Our nation’s dams, levees and flood control systems are being upgraded and rebuilt to adapt to a changing climate and improved understanding of earth quake forces. From Hurricane Harvey to the Oroville Dam incident, HDR engineers are leading the way to solve our toughest water infrastructure problems.

We are seeking Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, Program Managers, with expertise and interest in working on civil works planning and design projects ranging from dams, levees, reservoirs and various flood control infrastructure.

In the United States, we have immediate opportunities in Texas, Louisiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kentucky, Colorado, and California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Washington and Minnesota and some global opportunities outside the US.
