This is a full-time position with a hybrid workweek divided between home office and on-site at our headquarters in Vancouver, Washington.

Building a great team is integral to ensuring that we complete our mission. We are looking to add a Sales Prospecting Specialist to our team to provide lead generation support to our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a wide range of manufacturing environments and to develop communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for future growth potential in a Sales position.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists with calling on existing customer accounts and generating qualified leads in new markets.
- Builds trust and relationships by following up on existing customer accounts.
- Researches and assembles lists of potential clients to call on.
- Talks with customers and answers questions.
- Distributes leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Assists with after-sales support follow-up calls including questionnaire and notetaking in CRM, while also promoting add-on sales.
- Performs data entry and database management, such as entering leads into the CRM and managing email lists.
- Assists with sales demonstrations and webinars in the TigerStop show room.
- Responds to customers’ sales questions.
- Provides market feedback and research to the internal sales and service teams.
- Handles other administrative duties as assigned.
- Does what’s right for the customer.

Skills and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications. Applicable internship or work experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong data entry accuracy. Familiarity with various forms of professional social media a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Ability to sit for 8 hours a day. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in person and home office environment.
Travel Requirements:
This position has no out of the area travel requirements beyond the primary place of work.
