General Description

This position is responsible for ensuring all purchase orders are entered accurately for the business and in a timely manner, and to support other departmental functions as needed to maintain accurate reports.

Requirements

Administrative Functions/day-to-day operations:
Receiving and organizing department mail, including all samples Department filing Printing and organizing of reports Email communication with vendors, as directed by Buyer and Assistant Buyer Support the Assistant Buyer and Buyer in communication with vendors regarding production and shipping Support the Assistant Buyer in Sample Management – tagging, maintenance of best/worst wall, e-comm support, samples for photo shoots

Education

Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience

Experience:
Previous retail experience preferred
