Description & Requirements
The Analyst- Sales Operations (SO) assists in the SO team mission of designing- facilitating- and participating in connectivity processes between Commercial and Supply Chain to optimize forecast accuracy and minimize supply chain disruptions- while mitigating waste risk. The ideal candidate will thrive in cross-functional (working with Sales- Operations/Supply Chain- Marketing- Finance- and Legal on a weekly basis)- often ambiguous situations and will be able to take projects from ideation to execution. This role reports to the Senior Manager- Sales Operations.
The Analyst- Sales Operations will support the Sr Manager- Sales Operations in:
End to end demand review forecast- analytics- and presentations
Support AFH Sales Operations Manager in all demand review tasks and preparation
Identify SKUs with low forecast accuracy and conduct root cause analysis
Identify risks and opportunities in the demand forecast
Coordinate with S&OP team to identify data-driven opportunities
Support leadership in allocation exercises and improvements
Supply Chain Losses & waste mitigation analysis and execution
Manage analytics for Supply Chain Losses and work with Sales Operations Manager to identify commercial solutions for waste mitigation
Execute weekly waste mitigation auction in partnership with Sales teams
Assist in strategic donation efforts with national partners
Own miscellaneous sales support as needed – e.g. Away From Home car fleet- customer samples- etc.
1-2 years’ experience preferred
Working knowledge of SalesforceDC strongly preferred
Self-starter with high levels of drive- energy- resilience and a desire for professional excellence
Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization
Ability to build strong relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
Sales operations or support experience preferred
