How the Position Works
This position will manage the sales operational needs within the sales center. The person in this role will be responsible for producing high quality analysis regarding: sales performance schedule planning, data and trend analysis, and insights for various aspects of the business as well as the reporting of global KPI's, management of strategic initiatives and process definition and implementation. The specific responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager include;

  • Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business systems teams
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Manage the evaluation and interpretation of data; identify trends that signal new opportunities or challenges and dangers; converts data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics
  • Work closely with sales leadership to create, implement, and document various sales related processes
  • Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in the sales process
  • Troubleshoot issues that occur on the sales floor including but not limited to lead / call delivery
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives
  • Ability to train / demo new process to sales agents
  • Establish a sales operations structure and environment that will promote and implement operational models to deliver high efficiency levels to the organization to grow revenue

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 2 years sales center experience
  • Understanding of call center metrics
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to complete detailed tasks
  • Able to navigate multiple interfaces to handle day to day tasks
  • Well organized and high attention to detail
