Position Summary

Operations Manager coordinates and manages the efforts of the branch personnel to ensure the provision of quality customer service while maintaining safe and efficient operations. The Operations Manager assumes responsibility for effective and timely order processing at the branch level.


Manages daily activities of direct and indirect reports.
Recruits, hires, trains, disciplines and terminates staff as needed.
Assesses competency, capacity and performance of direct reports.
Assures direct reports effectively supports the needs of ATPs.
Assures CCC and SC staff effectively manages OIP through OIP meetings and delivery planning for rehab and service orders.
Assures Seating and Service Techs are effectively scheduled.
Assures that CCCs and SCs maintain effective relationships with referrals and customers. Promotes Numotionlistens.com internally and externally.
Assures that CCC and SC staff can effectively work with other departments to move orders.
Works with AM to balance load of OIP to maintain order processing efficiency.
Approves time and manages overtime for all direct reports.
Assures the proper maintenance of facilities and vehicles.
Assures on-site physical inventory is effectively managed and controlled.
Assures direct reports, facility and vehicles are within compliance with associated governing bodies.
Works with AM to meet and exceed financial goals. Fiscally responsible for direct branch related operating expenses such as office supplies, warehouse supplies, overtime, vehicle related expenses, etc.

Basic understanding of financial reporting – specifically Profit and Loss Statements
Strong understanding of inventory management.

Required Experience
We are seeking a well rounded, knowledgeable manager preferably with a strong background in Complex Technology Equipment (CRT). This position requires a candidate who can work quickly, efficiently in a busy, fast paced operation with a high level of expectations of performance who can manage, work effectively and motivate branch personnel to ensure the provision of quality customer service while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
