Perfect Store is a retail execution strategy team focused on Owning the Moment of Choice. The Moment of Choice is our last opportunity to win over the shopper, and includes the retail shelf set, perimeter displays, and cold vault space. In addition, the Perfect Store team develops innovative merchandising solutions and leads execution insights to drive flawless and local execution.

Orlando preferred; some location flexibility will be considered within the South Division geography (e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, Nashville, Washington DC, Baltimore)

Key Responsibilities:
Support with analytics underpinning Perfect Store strategy and frameworks to develop best in class execution
Build analyses to support Division’s merchandising standards by channel and guardrails for planogram development
Facilitate development of space planning strategy in large and small format channels to ensure optimized space, tailored by market/cluster/”Neighborhoods of America” tied to overall South Division strategy
Support beverage optimization analytics and insights for Small Format
Manage Merchandising Forecast Execution (release & summarization) for PBC yearly programs as well as Brand Team and Account specific projects via Automated Forecasting system
Manage merchandising solutions equipment development for key brands
Responsible for Planning Analytical reports including Shipment/Placement, Shipment Timeline, PO Numbers
Develop Period reimbursement reports for distribution to PBNA finance and bottling regions / locations
Support Permanent Merchandising Testing efforts through project tracking and data analytics

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of category management, sales and/or marketing experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously
Able to work independently and self-manage priorities and workflow
Outstanding Powerpoint and presentation skills
Excellent computational skills, e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, IRI
Prior experience working with PepsiCo internal sales systems is a plus
Prior knowledge working with systems data: Essbase, ERT, BI/Business Objects.
Prior Sales and/or supply planning experience is beneficial
