Description & Requirements
LCS: Lead plants on labor budgeting and troubleshoot actual reporting issues.
Data Assurance: Resolve system and month-end Close reporting errors.
NIC: Ensure that the NIC rates submitted to accounting are properly reflected in SAP once loaded
BI Maintenance: Ensures the Ops/Commercial Variance split is appropriately maintained in the BI reports used for variance reporting
Inventory Revaluation : Calculates the inventory revaluation impact by cost component and between Ops and Commercial
Ensures Cross Border SKUs sent to Canada are loaded with the correct transfer price in SAP
Update the FX rate in BI reports for the new year
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
Strong business acumen- interpersonal- communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional team members
Manage conflicting priorities of team members and ensure we are delivering results
Strong Technical and Systems orientation
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure
Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management- in some cases without authority
Exhibits strong analytical- written and verbal communication skills
