We are looking for a Manager of Inside Sales help us accelerate our new Corporate Inside Sales business by building pipeline, contributing to bookings and developing our future sales leaders. Help us drive the growth and shape the future of Rosetta Stone’s platform within the NA Enterprise while building a World Class team!
Ideal candidate will work from our Harrisonburg, VA office location 2-3 days a week minimum.
Assist in assigning sales territories, setting goals and quota, and ensure proper training for the inside sales team
Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
Manage and develop your Inside Sales team to deliver top quality sales pipeline opportunities and to complete sales processes as appropriate.
Support inside sales team throughout the sales process – from new account development to preparing presentations & price quotes and responding to RFPs
Provide accurate timely forecasts
Provide weekly reporting to leadership regarding overall performance of the inside sales team, including but not limited to; pipeline, activity metrics, and development scorecards.
Work closely with Sales Operations and Deal Desk team to implement and follow effective processes, and to ensure proper completion of sales contracts to drive sales and renewals revenue.
Partner with our B2B marketing team to ensure consistent opportunity qualification and pipeline development.
Strategize prospecting methods to increase engagement with potential clients
Ensure sales, order management, and accounting policies and procedures are met
Ability to identify key trends in winning employees and replicate success across the group, and use these learnings to hire for success.
Strong understanding of Business-to-Business customer buying cycles, with the ability to mentor and educate teams on how to penetrate organizations.
Drive consistent lead/meeting qualification increasing overall sales pipeline.
Ability to focus on providing an exceptional customer experience. Build a team that listens to customer’s needs, fulfills commitments and delivers world class solutions.
Ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement that encourages everyone to develop subject matter and marketplace expertise
Inspire teamwork by communicating important and relevant information with staff and across departments
Self-starter – you’ll receive direction but don’t expect to be given instructions for everything; prepare to come up with your own ideas and improvements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years’ of sales and/or sales management experience in Enterprise Accounts; SaaS environment highly preferred
Experience managing, coaching and developing a sales team
Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business opportunities, grow existing business, and exceed revenue targets
Strong ability to network and navigate within a matrix organization
Proficient use of sales planning, forecasting and tracking tools, such as Salesforce.com or another similar CRM
Proficient use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 15%
