About the team

This team will be supporting multiple workstream deliveries for a large multi-year delivery program that builds upon the foundation of the Omni Suite of products and seeks to maximize the functionality available within our retirement services products. Our objective is to retire legacy applications, consolidate recordkeeping platforms and enable functionality to open new market opportunities for our customer.

What you will be doing

You will lead requirement elicitation efforts requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, on-site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, workflow analysis or other tools applicable to the situation

You will lead the analysis of information provided by a large number of sources. Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding of requirements, assess the current capabilities of the enterprise and identify gaps which prevent it from meeting business needs, identify where change is required to achieve objectives, and document gaps and solution opportunities.

You will perform needs analysis activities, such as data-gathering, documentation, validation, and presentation

You will determine and document gap analysis under the direction of the Project Manager. You will guide team members in defining and documenting use cases and test conditions

A collaborative spirit, working with a diverse group of subject matter experts both within FIS and with the customer

An ability to think “outside the box”, to identify areas that may be customer blind spots and ability to drive to communicate a technical design to business users and gain stakeholder buy in to recommended solutions

An ability to convert business or technical requirements into testable user stories

A customer focused mindset, seeking to provide the best service and solution that will always keep the customer’s best interests as top priority

Added bonus if you have:
Agile User Story writing experience

Implementation and or Conversion experience

PMP or Certified Scrum Master
