Infintium is a team of engineers developing next generation small and medium fuel cell systems. We are looking for active, driven, and self-motivated individuals to develop and support the systems, application control needs, and manufacturing and corporate operations for our growing list of fuel cell products in an aggressively expanding market.
We are currently looking for an Assembly Associate who will be responsible for building the Power Cell Class I, II, and III products. As we are a small team, the candidate must be capable of setting and meeting goals reliably, with limited oversight. This role is perfect for a candidate with solid experience in manufacturing and looking to continue to build on their skillset in a start-up environment.

Description:
-
Install finished components in fuel cells independently and assist on the process of building sub-components as necessary
-
Provide a good example on the basic safety standards and guidelines at the facility
-
Handle power tools and heavy equipment, including but not limited to power drills, pump trucks, and an overhead crane
-
Complete preventative maintenance procedures and report malfunctions as needed
-
Maintain a safe and clean working environment through mopping, sweeping, and garbage disposal
-
Identify non-conforming components in the fuel cell and remove as needed
-
Document all building actions by continually updating production signoff sheets
-
Accurately log inventory parts used in fuel cell production and assist with conducting inventory counts

Safely operate the purging station and help others with operating the station
-
Complete other tasks as needed, including but not limited to prepping the workspace for the assembly process and assisting with final quality check

Ability read and followed work instruction during assembly process.
Requirements:

High School degree or GED equivalent (or other degree requirements)

Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

A minimum of 2 years experience in heavy manufacturing or assembly environment
Knowledge/ Skills:
-
Experience in either the automotive or transportation assembly sector

Ability to function with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on a deadline

Excellent organization skills and the ability to develop in a collaborative team

An eye for detail, incumbent should always be looking out for any quality defects to ensure that each component is assembled correctly and meets a certain standard
