Extended Care Program Coordinator, Full Time
We are accepting resumes for a dependable and energetic Extended Care Program Coordinator to join our staff. Become part of a team that is committed to providing the highest quality care to our residents in a clean and comfortable setting.
Under the supervision of the Extended Care Director, the Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and organizing activities in Extended Care for residents.
Your responsibilities would be:

Responsible for creating and enhancing resident programs and activities.

Develops a written calendar of monthly programs and events.

Assess and update resident interests, needs and strengths and help set service plans accordingly.

Manage and maintain themed programming spaces, life skills stations and cue boxes for residents.
Requirements:

Must be out-going and energetic, with ability to encourage and motivate residents and staff to attend and participate in programs.
