Full Time Front receptionist needed who can wrestle the beast in a high-volume veterinary emergency and specialty hospital. You will multi-task requests from customers and staff while operating within complex schedules of many departments. Administration and managers need your assistance to build an efficient and detail-driven department worthy of the clients we serve.

Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, creating spreadsheets and handling payment. Extensive software skills, go-getter energy and effective communication skills are a must! A resourceful, good problem-solving and time-conscious ring leader is the key to success.

3-5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Some experience with Cornerstone Software a plus! Advanced aptitude with MS Office
