IQPC Exchange, a leader in producing C-Suite events, is searching for highly driven English speaking sales executives to join our dynamic new Sponsorship Sales Team. Our Miami team will be selling across our established and highly successful US events
This full time position demands applicants with enthusiasm, ambition, positive and bundles of energy to help grow our new Miami office.
The day to day responsibilities of a B2B Insides Sales Executive includes:
Research to understand relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each Exchange
Strategy, development, design, pricing and positioning of solutions
Oversight of full sales cycle of each Exchange, managing baseline business metrics and growth targets
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders who you will be tasked to bring on board as sponsor. In this process it is key to uncover a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives in order to provide ROI and build a relationship that has longevity and value for both sides
Deliver outstanding service through onsite client management and face to face at the IQPC Exchange events.
Consistently maintain and improve the company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Work closely with a vivacious and ambitious team, sharing sales techniques with your colleagues in regular brain storming sessions to collectively drive the business forward
Compensation & Opportunities

2-4 years of sales experience
Elegant and precise verbal and written communication skills
Passion for sales, a desire to succeed and a solid work ethic.
Verbal and written business level English is required
Experience of building relationships with senior decision makers in major Fortune 1000 companies is valuable. You will need to demonstrate your ability to influence C-Suite executives on a peer to peer level basis.
