About the Position

We have an opening for a client services representative in our Alpine UT office. This position is full time (40 hrs/week) and will be required to work from 7 am until 4 pm (1 hr lunch break). In this position, you will interact with many VIP attorneys and executives from the largest companies and law firms in the world to provide quotes for our services, take their orders, and get the work started within our company. Confidentiality and trust is extremely important since you will be exposed to information that is extremely sensitive and secret as it is part of future development or litigation for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • processing incoming work requests
  • prioritizing deadlines of competing projects
  • liaising with clients
  • coordinating efficiently with Marksmen management
  • answering inbound inquiries from clients
  • follow up with clients about their satisfaction with work

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

  • internet search experience (required)
  • Associate degree or higher (required)
  • at least 2 years customer service experience (preferred)

Intellectual property and domain name experience, legal experience or fluency in other languages is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the ideal candidate.
