Internships for all college students are available, including freshman and sophomore students! The internship experience combines Cedar Point business needs with college level internship requirements. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn the entertainment industry through hands-on exposure to day-to-day operational tasks within your assigned Division. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and utilizing leadership skills while collaborating on group projects to ensure a successful operation.

In this role interns will manage a staff and retail locations. Interns will have direct access to the full time management team. You will gain experience in leadership, scheduling, time management, product fulfillment, visual merchandising, associate motivation and team development.
- Previous retail experience is required for the position.
Training and Development
Human Resources, Business Management, Communications and Education
In this role interns will provide training to both new and returning sales associates. Interns will be trained in all aspects of our retail operation. Interns will gain experience in Associate development, public speaking, leadership, conflict resolution, scheduling, time management and associate recognition.
In this role interns will thoroughly review and research variances for all retail locations. Run daily revenue reports per location, conduct audits on associates, investigate transactions and work closely with the leadership team and revenue accounting.
Guest Service Representative
Business Management, Communications, Sales, Marketing
In this role interns will work directly on guest satisfaction, product fulfillment and conflict resolution. Interns in this position will work closely with the merchandise leadership team, warehouse and data team.
Data Analytics, Business Administration
in this position interns will be experts in inputting transfers and fulfilment. They will verify paper work involving inventory and develop relationships with the leadership teams and the warehouse.
Supply Chain Management, Operations Management
Interns will be responsible for providing support to the team within the warehouse by rotating through all operating functions. Individuals must be comfortable in a leadership role, leading projects, and ensuring efficiency. During this internship, responsibilities include but are not limited to, pulling orders, assisting with loading and unloading deliveries, inventory management, receiving, labeling, storing, delivering, and organizing warehouse inventory. Interns will be responsible for the operations of the mail room. Interns will be trained on the functions of data works, driving and operating forklifts and box trucks.
