The Assistant will provide quality administrative and financial services support to the Finance department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
Act as liaison between supervisor and others (ie. Departments, external contacts, subcontractors, clients, etc.)
Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items; mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, etc.
Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for accounts payable and expense reports.
Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and distribute to the Accountant for final review and authorization / approval to post.
Process orders and reports as required and respond to requests for information.
Administratively process Turner applications for payment including all supporting backup.
Process invoices for payment.
Setup and maintain electronic files.
Review statements; research past due invoices.
Maintain professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Answer phones and direct calls, maintain Accounts Payable email account.
Photocopying, filing and scanning.
Serve as backup to Receptionist when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a part time role that will work approximately 30 hours per week.
Qualifications: Two or more years' experience in general office responsibilities and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excel and PowerPoint helpful. Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
