We are looking for a receptionist to join our team! The individual will work directly with our attorneys, performing a variety of administrative support duties and will be responsible for coordinating appointments, welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, and maintaining reception area. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients’ needs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Directs visitors to correct department
- Orders office supplies and keeps inventory of stock for kitchen and copy-rooms
- Ensures reception area is safe, tidy, and presentable
- Receives, sorts and distributes daily mail/deliveries; supports team members with shipping needs
- Updates calendars and schedules meetings
- Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
- Professional attitude and appearance

- Experience in customer service 1+ years

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
