We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on what promotions are presently occurring.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
