**Sign on bonus of $1,500**
- Examines blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare material cut lists and quantities as directed.

Installs structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and moldings.

Constructs building framework including walls, floors, and doorframes.

Has firm working knowledge of commercial hardware installation.

Helps erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes.

Installs finished woodwork materials given the job assignment.

Identifies and offers solutions to problems.

Supervises work crews, as directed.

Completes daily task work and plans for the next day.

Cleans work area, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.

Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.

Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Five (5) years or more leading crews of 4-6.

Five (5) years or more of experience framing/rough carpentry.
- Must have reliable, consistent transportation.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Heavy machinery operator cards are highly recommended.

Certification in rigging and scaffolding is a plus.

Already or willing to become trained in CPR, OSHA 10-Hour certified, and licensed on equipment.
