Part Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks for our office desk reception area. This is a part-time role which is scheduled from 1:30 pm to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday and $13/hour pay.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greets and directs guest
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate or associate’s voicemail
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in receiving office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Validate parking tickets
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or completed Bachelor's Degree
  • Polished professional with outgoing attitude and be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in general office applications
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $13.00 /hour
