Aragon Research is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization which is known for their outstanding client relationships. The Account Executive will find business opportunities and manage client relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the building a sales pipeline, booking appointments, presenting Aragon Solutions and turning prospects into long-term profitable relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional who is able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.Aragon Research is looking for an Account Executive

What you’ll do:

  • Educate prospects on the value of Aragon Research’s products and services
  • Assist in driving Aragon’s revenue growth through email campaigns, phone calls, conference attendance with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team
  • After completing training, manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Meet and exceed minimum activity levels for daily outreach
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Travel with Account Executives to learn the Account Executive role

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role. Note, we will train an energetic self-starter
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • An understanding of technology, willingness to stay on top of current trends
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Undergraduate degree required, BA or BS
